    Our organic and certified Kosher coffee comes from Latin America and Africa. We will begin with Latin Origins from (Panama, Brazil, Guatemala and so on) and introduce our African Origins in the Spring. From single origin to deliciuos blends from our outstanding roasters - our coffee beans carry a story that we hope you enjoy tasting.

  • Can you fail a drug test with Delta-8?
    While it’s legal through hemp, yes, you are still very likely to fail a drug test with delta-8 in your system. Delta-8 has 0.3% THC which is the lowest legally approved to consume or utilize.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Please allow up to 2-3 weekdays for your order to be processed. USPS Ground orders arrive within 3 – 5 business days after your order has been processed. Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. You may be subject to reshipping fees if your package needs to be reshipped due to inaccurate shipping you provided.
  • How can I track my package?
    All orders are shipped via USPS and are given a tracking number. Customers will be emailed a tracking number once their order is shipped.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    All orders are shipped within 2-3 weekdays after receiving your online processed order. This is due to the fact, we roast to order.
  • Where does Kulture Koffee ship?
    Kulture Koffee currently ships to all 50 states in the US.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping under $50 is estimated by the real-time USPS shipping calculator at checkout. Kulture Koffee provides free shipping on all orders over $50.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all acceptable payments under Square on this website, if you purchase your Kulture Koffee at a local Houston event, we do accept cash.
  • What is your return policy?
    We will try our best to find a resolution for any challenges that might arise with your order.​We are committed to provide all of our customers, with excellent customer service for their satisfaction. Return Policy on Consumable Products: We do not accept returns on coffee or any other consumable product sold by Kulture Koffee due to its perishable nature. However, we are quite willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at within three days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied. Unfortunately, We will not refund the price of shipping. Return Policy on Merchandise: We would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. All Returns or Exchanges on merchandise (non-coffee or consumable) items must be done within 20 days of the purchase date. Please email your order number, name, reason for a Return/Exchange, and the item and quantity you wish to Return/Exchange to We will contact you with information on how your return will be processed. Unfortunately, we will not refund the price of shipping.
  • Is there an age requirement to order hemp infused coffee?
    You must be 18 and up to purchase CBD infused products and 21 and up to purchase Delta-8 infused products.

  • What to do in terms of Cancellations, Errors or Changes?"
    If you need to cancel or make a change to your order (this includes entering the incorrect address), please send us an email at within 24 hours of making your order. Please provide us with your: 1. Name 2. The order number 3. Which items 4. and the reason for the change. Orders with changes will be updated accordingly or completely canceled and refunded, a new order will be placed to resolve the issue. In the event of processing mistake or defective product, we will correct any errors and revise your order accordingly. Once our team has become aware of an error, we will work to resolve it within 72 hours.
